To foster well-being for each individual within society, it's vital to recognize and respect one another's values. Yet, acknowledging and respecting everyone isn't always straightforward. Therefore, at NTT's research institute, we've developed 'Our Well-being Cards' as a tool to focus attention on personal well-being and spark meaningful dialogue.

We are developing workshops and tools that utilize ICT for various purposes such as team building and ideation.
Well-being is subjective, and there's a diversity in how individuals engage with teams, from those who prioritize team goals to those who prefer independence. The Self-as-We Workshop is designed to deepen comprehension of the Self-as-We concept, offering insights to improve team interactions using the Self-as-We Scale as a guide.
Embodied Communication Technology enlivens communication, including remote interactions, by skillfully integrating tactile elements with visual and auditory stimuli, thereby fostering empathy and trust.
At NTT Laboratories, we've been conducting research on the sense of touch. Touch, a universally experienced sensation, plays a pivotal role in nurturing intimacy, empathy, and trust among individuals, thus forming the bonds of 'us'. Through the connection facilitated by touch, we're pioneering research to build 'Our Well-being'.
