Research on ultimate electronics based on the control of single or a few electrons in semiconductor nanostructures

The aim of the research is to realize ultimate electronics based on the high-accuracy and high-speed control of single or a few electrons in silicon based nanostructures towards the application to electrical current standards, highly sensitive sensors, and ultralow power information processing.
