The time allotted for oral presentations including 5 min Q&A is:
The oral presentations will use an LCD projector and the speakers must bring their own computer AND a copy of the presentation file on a USB memory as backup.
HDMI cable is available for the projector and Mac users are requested to provide a compatible adapter.
Posters are requested in A0 portrait format (84 cm wide and 119cm high) and the title, authors and their affiliations should be clearly displayed at the top. Poster boards and pins to affix the posters will be provided. The posters must be continuously displayed for the duration of the symposium.
Note for student presenters: For students presenting a poster, the conference will have a Best Student Poster Competition with a number of awards.
The official language of the symposium is English.
