International School and Symposium on Nanodevices and Quantum Technologies (ISNTT 2026), including the 11th NTT BRL School (the "Event"), is hosted by Basic Research Laboratories, NTT, Inc. ("NTT-BRL").
In this consent form, "you" refers to individuals registering for ISNTT2026, including participants in the 11th NTT BRL School.
In this consent form, "personal information" includes information such as your name, affiliation, contact details (including email address and telephone number), address, and nationality, as well as information related to your participation in ISNTT2026 (including abstract submissions, author information, registration details, and accommodation arrangements for participants in the 11th NTT BRL School).
NTT-BRL acts as the data controller with respect to personal information collected in relation to ISNTT2026.
NTT-BRL will collect and process personal information in connection with abstract submissions and registration for ISNTT2026. - TOKYO PRINT CO., LTD. (printing of abstracts and name badges)
(2) Independent Data Controllers
Atlas Co., Ltd.
Atlas Co., Ltd. provides the registration platform under commission from Enhal Inc. and collects personal information directly from participants. Atlas Co., Ltd. acts as an independent data controller and may use personal information for its own purposes. For details regarding its use of personal information, please refer to its terms of use and/or privacy policy.
(3) Legal and Regulatory Authorities
NTT-BRL may disclose personal information to governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, or other public authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.

Personal information may be collected directly from you or via registration platforms operated by third parties such as Atlas Co., Ltd.
