    Fuyuki Kitagawa

    Research on public key cryptography and design of quantum cryptographic primitives.
    We study the theory of public key encryption schemes and more advanced ones. We are also interested in the intersection between cryptography and quantum information such as design of new cryptopraphic primitives utilying the power of quantum information. Especially, we study cryptographic primitives based on the quantum no-cloning theorem such as quantum money and quanum copy protection.
