Biography
- He received a B.E. and M.E. degrees in informatics engineering from University of Electro-Communications University in 2010 and 2012. He joined NTT Laboratories, Musashino, Japan, in 2012 and studied optimized network management by machine learning technologies. He is a member of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) of Japan.
