We have developed an ultrahigh-speed IC for wireless front-end that operates on a terahertz frequency band. This IC enables the world's fastest 100-Gbit/s wireless transmission data rate in the 300-GHz band.
This is 10 times 5G, and is expected to be a technology for beyond 5G.
