NTT Center for Computing Technologies will undertake promoting the research and development by the open innovation and create innovative software platforms and computing platform technologies to support a society where people and AI collaborate as a professional group on IT. We will also contribute to reduction of CAPEX/OPEX for IT or strategic utilization of IT, using the accumulated technologies and know-hows regarding software development and operation.

NTT Center for Computing Technologies is dedicated to creating innovative computing platform technologies that support a society where people and AI collaborate, as well as developing system design and operation technologies that accelerate value creation.
AI technologies, particularly generative AI, are rapidly becoming ubiquitous and are transforming into essential infrastructure for both everyday life and business. To support the continued evolution of AI services and ensure their reliable and secure operation, we are advancing the realization of an AI Computing Platform (AICP).
Building a computing platform for AI requires not only high-performance hardware but also software that fully leverages such hardware to create customer value. By embracing advances in cutting-edge hardware, our center develops software that optimally integrates diverse computing resources for specific applications and maximizes their performance, while simultaneously establishing the underlying technologies required for reliable platform operations. Through the power of computing, we aim to drive meaningful transformation across society.
To achieve this vision, we are developing key technologies including data hub technologies that enable secure data exchange across organizations--an essential capability for Sovereign AI; high-performance application development technologies that harness accelerators such as GPUs; and hardware configuration and control technologies that enable flexible and efficient infrastructure operations. These technologies are already being deployed in commercial environments, and we will continue expanding them as foundational infrastructure to accelerate AI adoption across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and entertainment.
At the same time, as AI adoption continues to accelerate and diversify, computing platforms and server infrastructure are becoming increasingly sophisticated. We therefore focus not only on advancing individual technologies but also on establishing robust methods for building and operating computing infrastructure. By creating systems that can adapt to continuous change, we strive to become a cornerstone of the next generation of digital society.
These ambitions cannot be achieved by a single organization alone.
