The "IOWN®" Trademark user guide

Trademark user guide (hereinafter referred to as "Guide") supplements the "Terms and Conditions for Use of the "IOWN®" Trademark". Unless otherwise specified, the terms in the Guide shall be as set forth in the "Terms and Conditions for Use of the "IOWN®" Trademark".

Appropriate and inappropriate use cases of the Trademarks stipulated in "3.Purposes of Use (3)" of T&C is as follows.

• As a description of products and services, "For IOWN®", "Inspired by IOWN®", etc.
• As an organization name, "IOWN® laboratory" etc.

Note: When User uses the Trademark, User shall indicate the statement, "IOWN® is a trademark or registered trademark of NTT,inc." in a place and position close to where the Trademark is used. If it cannot be indicated individually, a comprehensive expression is also possible.

• As a name of a product and a service, "IOWN®△△△" and " △△△IOWN®"
  *△△△△ is other's trademark or a product/service name.

Note: Trademark may not be used in combination with other trademarks or product/service names. The same applies even if a space is put between the Trademark and other trademarks or product/service names.

• Company names such as "IOWN Co., Ltd." and "IOWN △△△ Co., Ltd."

Note: Trademark may not be used in whole or as part of a registered trademark or trade names.

Use cases of the Trademark stipulated in "４. Prohibitions (5)" of T&C is as follows.

• Use of the modified Trademark; "アイオン" "アイオウン" "あいおん" "iOWN" "I-OWN" "IOWN " "IOWN " etc.
• Use of the Trademark as a generic term, traditional term, or any other common term such as "△△△△, the IOWN service ", "Service covers IOWN ", "Equivalent to NTT's IOWN ", etc.
  *△△△△ is other's trademark or a product/service name.
