NTT Smart Data Science Center takes an approach based on actual problems in order to realize digital transformation in various industrial domains.

Step 1. New value exploration in response to customer issues

We start by asking our customers to share “issues that are difficult to materialize”. Next, researchers who have background knowledge about data science gain knowledge of the customer's industrial domain so that they can not only solve problems, but also explore new value.
